We develop software for individual customers, to the same standard as the programs we publish.
Many projects build on the LayoutEditor or FreeRouting. Others are separate programs. The result runs on the systems the customer already uses, whether Linux, Windows or macOS.
The editor runs as a step in an existing flow, often without a window. It reads the incoming design, applies the required changes, and writes the result in the format the next step expects. Scripts and command-line calls replace manual work.
Rule checks and plausibility tests run each time a design is submitted, not as a separate review afterwards. Errors are marked in the layout and reported, so the designer sees what to fix.
A design can be opened in a web browser by people who do not have the editor installed, such as project partners, customers or production staff. Layers, cells and measurements are available without a download.
The editor connects to the instrument over the network. The stage moves to a position chosen in the layout, the scan starts, and the image appears next to the layout it belongs to.

You receive intermediate versions to test while the work progresses.
The finished software is checked against the specification and handed over.

Chip, MEMS and mask designs are confidential. We treat every design we receive accordingly, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first data is exchanged if you require one. Rights of use, maintenance and support are set out in the offer.
